Just Company (JC) is committed to protecting your privacy.  JC does not sell, rent or otherwise share account information with any third parties except in the limited circumstances, such as when we believe we are required to do so by law.  JC requires that a profile and account are set up on the JC website in order to upload content.   JC requires some personal information when you create an account, including your email address and a password, which is used to protect the account from unauthorized access.  Additional personal information that the website collects includes your birth date and gender.  In an effort to govern and improve our services, JC collects this information.   We use the information we receive about you in connection with the services and features that JC provides to its users.  Additional information we collect includes information you choose to share about specific activities that are of interest to you.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you request products, services or information from us, register with us, participate in public forums or other activities on our sites and applications, respond to customer inquiries or surveys, or otherwise interact with us.  We also record some of this information automatically when you use our Services.  We also may receive some of this information from third parties.  We collect the information when you visit our sites or applications, when you register and manage your account, when you use our Services, when you purchase a product or services from us, when you post to public forums or chats, if you send us support inquiries, intellectual property claims or other claims, complaints or inquiries, when you participate in contests or promotions, or when we ask you for information for contractual or legal reasons.  We collect information through technology, such as cookies and other technologies (such as web beacons and pixel tags), including when you visit our sites and applications or use our applications on third-party sites or platforms.  A cookie is a small string of data which often includes an anonymous unique identifier sent to your Internet browser from a website’s computers, which is stored on your computer’s hard drive and is used to customize your use of a product or on-line site, keep records of your access to an on-line site or product, or store information needed by you on a regular basis (e. g.  password retention functionality).  RSII LLC (itself or through third parties acting on our behalf) use cookies for a number of purposes relating to our websites, applications and services, including to access your account information where you “login” to our websites, forums or other areas and to keep track of your website session data.  You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set.  Each browser is different, so consult the “Help” menu of your browser to learn how you change your cookie preferences.  Please note that if you reject all cookies, you may not be able to use certain of our (or other companies’) web pages.  We participate in ad and/or affiliate networks operated by various third-party companies.  These companies collect and may use certain anonymous information about your visits to our Service as a function of referring Internet traffic to our Service.  We do not permit these companies to collect any Personal Information about you, however, these companies may collect your IP address.  These companies may set and use cookies, web beacons, pixels and other technologies to collect anonymous information about your visits to our Service, and may otherwise aggregate, analyze and anonymize that data.  If you would like to learn more about these specialized advertising technologies, the Network Advertising Initiative offers useful information about Internet advertising companies, including information about how to opt-out of certain information collection.  You can opt out of interest-based targeting provided by participating ad servers through the Digital Advertising Alliance (http://youradchoices. com).  We acquire information from other trusted sources to update or supplement the information you provided or we collected automatically.  Local law may require that you authorize the third party to share your information with us before we can acquire it.  Please keep in mind that when you provide information to us on a third-party site or platform (for example, through our applications), the information you provide may be separately collected by the third-party site or platform.  The information we collect is covered by this Privacy Policy and the information that the third-party site or platform collects is subject to the third-party site or platform’s privacy practices.  Privacy choices you have made on the third-party site or platform will not apply to our use of the information we have collected directly through our applications.  To the extent that RSII LLC’s processing of your Personal Information is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), RSII LLC relies on its lawful bases, described below, to process your data. If you collect or process Personal Information of users associated with the European Economic Area on a RSII LLC website or create or use of programs or applications that retain information about such RSII LLC users or their computers, you may also have obligations under the GDPR. You should seek independent legal advice relating to your status and obligations under the GDPR. JC also receives data about you when you interact with the Just Company website.  This may include viewing a specific activity, another person's profile, posting an activity, sending someone a message, searching for a friend, and clicking on an ad.  When photos are posted, JC may receive data, such as the time, date, and place you took the photo.  JC may choose to receive data from the computer, mobile phone, or other device you use to access the JC website.  This may include the IP address, location, the type of browser you use, or the pages you visit.  Just Company receives data when an application is used via the website.  This could include the date and time you visit the site, IP address, browser, the operating system you use, and your User ID.  

When you use the JC website, servers may automatically record some information about your use, including, but not limited to, storage usage, number of log-ins, data displayed or clicked on, and other log information, which may include browser type, IP address, date and time of access, cookie ID, and referrer URL.

Users who view your public content will see information about you including your activities, photos, your screen name, and possibly a link to your profile. Your content will be visible on the JC website to users who have been permitted by you to view it.  If you designate an event as public, anyone on the website who links to the activity can see and respond to that activity. If you designate an event as private, that event will not appear as public but can be seen by a particular user if access to that activity or a similar activity has previously been granted through establishing specific activity network.  Users may remark on your content (activity) and these comments can be seen by anyone who visits the activity.

JC can review user content if a complaint is received, or if we have reason to believe the account is used in violation of our policies.  If found in violation, JC my take action against the account by freezing, hiding or banning the email, and mobile information.  Such actions are instituted by the sole discretion of JC.   We remind our users the purpose of JC is to combat loneliness, isolation, and to nurture healthy relationships.   JC provides a central location for groups and communities to flourish and enable members to have as much fun as their free time allows.

When you delete content or accounts on the JC website, some information, including residual copies of deleted photos, associated data, or accounts may remain in our backup systems.

JC may include or offer third-party products or services on our website.  These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. Therefore, JC has no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of a website or link that appears on its site.

JC uses reasonable precautions to keep and maintain the information disclosed to us secure.  JC reserves the right to transfer information in connection with the sale of all or part of JC capital stock or assets to any third party. JC is not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties that receive the information.

Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this page.  It will be your responsibility to be aware of any amendments to the Privacy Policy.
