Advertise on JustCompany coming (Version II)

By advertising on the Just Company website you agree to be bound by this agreement. This Advertising Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and Just Company, Inc., a South Carolina corporation ("Just Company"), whose current address is 2244 Ashley Crossing Dr. Charleston, SC 29414. By advertising on the Just Company U.S. website, currently located at www.JustCompany.com (the "Site"), your access to and ability to advertise on the site is conditioned upon your acceptance and compliance with this Agreement. By entering a check in the box next to the "I have read the Advertising Policy and Guidelines, every time you access this site you confirm your agreement of this policy.

This Agreement is specific to you and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone else. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be inapplicable, but the remaining provisions of this agreement will continue in full force.

All advertising must comply with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations. Adherence to these guidelines does not necessarily constitute legal compliance. These guidelines are not intended to serve as legal advice. Just Company recommends all advertising contribute to the overall user experience. The following guidelines along the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy apply to all ads appearing on the Just Company website.

Just Company reserves the right to approve, reject or remove any ad for any reason, at our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to ads that negatively affect our users based on content, services, or activities. These guidelines are subject to change at any time.

  • Advertisers must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and industry codes. Ads may not offend Just Company users. Ads may not include or promote any illegal products or services. Ads may not violate the rights of any third party.

  • Ads must clearly represent the company that is being advertised

  • All ads must be relevant and appropriate to the service or product being offered, including images, text, links, and other media.

  • No ads may contain products or services in a sexually suggestive manner.

  • Ads may not contain flash animation or audio that plays automatically without the user's interaction and permission.

  • All ads must contain proper grammar. All letter, numbers, and symbols must be used properly.

  • No ad may target a user's personal character either directly, indirectly, or by implication; including age, gender, sexual orientation, race or ethnic origin, financial status, criminal record, religious or philosophical belief, disability or medical condition (including physical or mental health) or membership in a trade union.

  • All ads must be accurate and clearly represent the product or service that is being advertised. This includes anything related to the company or the brand being advertised.

  • Ads may not include false claims, misleading information, or fraud.

  • All ads must be displayed on the landing page and not navigate from the Just Company website, without the user's interaction to navigate away from the landing page. The user must have the ability to navigate away from any page not on the Just Company landing page.

  • Ads must appropriately target the uses and not include criteria to provoke users. No ads can be used to target "hot buttons or attempt to persuade political views.

  • Ads and any offers promoted in the ad may not be false, misleading, deceptive, or contain spam.


Content Material

  • Alcohol - advertising that promotes or references alcohol is only permitted in countries that do not prohibit ads containing alcohol. Where permissible, any ad that promotes or references alcohol must comply with all applicable national and local laws, guidelines, licenses, and recommended or required industry codes. Ads promoting or referencing alcohol can only target users who meet national or local age requirements. Advertisers are responsible for adhering to local and country regulations

  • Adult Products - Ads that promote the sale or use of adult products are prohibited. This includes but not limited to adult videos, publications, adult toys, shows, or sexual enhancement products. Ads that address contraception and family planning are allowed only if it follows the appropriate targeting requirements.

  • Business Plans - Ads may not promote business plans that include, but not limited to, advertisements for scams or multi-level marketing schemes.

  • Dating - Ads for on-line dating services will be permitted as long as they adhere to the dating targeted requirements and the ad includes the name of the product or service in the ad. Ads including a sexual emphasis for finding adult friends or a dating service are not permitted.

  • Drugs and Tobacco - Ads promoting or facilitating the sale or consumption of illegal or recreations drugs, drug paraphernalia, or tobacco products are prohibited.

  • Gambling and Lotteries - Ads that facilitate or promote on-line gambling, lotteries, or games of skill, including sports books, poker, on-line casino, or sports book must receive prior approval from Just Company. Ads that promote off-line gambling facilities, including casinos, will be permitted as long as the ads target appropriate ages and interest. Government licensed and sponsored lotteries will be permitted as long as they target the appropriate users and are in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction where and only target user's area where the lottery is available.

  • Inappropriate Behavior including Harassment, Hate Speech, Illegal Activity, Minors, Shock Value or Sex/Nudity - Ads will not be permitted that include harassment, insults, threats, bullying, or the impersonation or demeaning of others; ads that include "hate speech" whether directed at an individual or a group based on but not limited to race, creed, language, national origin, religious affiliation, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, or gender identity; or ads that promote, facilitate or include illegal activities. All ads must be age-appropriate and no ads will be allowed that target minors to promote services or products that are illegal for use by minors in their jurisdiction, or those which are deemed to be unsafe or inappropriate. Ads may not contain adult content, including but not limited to nudity, activities that are sexually provocative or overly suggestive, or depictions of people in suggestive or explicit positions. Ads may not contain shock value material, including portrayal of excessive violence, sensational or disrespectful.

  • Software - Ads that contain spyware/malware downloads are not permitted. This includes any direct or indirect links that results in an deceptive, unexpected, or dishonorable user experience including, but not limited, to software that "sneaks" onto a user's computer system; automatically downloads without prior permission from Just Company; is bundled with hidden components of software that is either free or includes an additional charge; that performs activities not conveyed to the user; includes download dialog boxes without the user taking action; may alter, disable, harm, or replace any hardware or software already installed on a user's computer without the user's express permission; or may violate or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, that could include patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.

  • Subscription Services - Ads that include subscription services must clearly disclose the price and billing interval, any recurring billing components or subscription requirements, include an opt-in check box, and information for the users on how to cancel a subscription or membership. This include ads that promote services or products that include negative options, free to pay conversion billing products, automatic renewal, or mobile marketing. This information must be included on the landing page and be easy to find, read, and understand.

  • Supplements and Pharmaceuticals - Only ads that promote dietary and herbal supplements that do not contain anabolic steroids, chitosan, comfrey, dehydroepiandrosterne, ephedra, human growth hormones, melatonin, and any additional products deemed questionable or unsafe will be permitted at the discretion of Just Company. Ads that promote on-line pharmacies or the sale of prescription pharmaceuticals are prohibited. Ads for certified pharmacies will be permitted with prior approval from Just Company.

  • Weapons - Ads may not promote the sale or use of weapons, ammunition, explosives, or products of such nature.

Just Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to remove ads or categories of ads that receive a significant amount of negative user feedback, are prohibited, or otherwise deemed to violate the advertising policies stated.

Advertiser has no recourse against Just Company in the event Just Company removes an ad or category of ads.

The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold Just Company harmless from any and all claims, causes of actions, damages and judgments arising out of any act or omission of advertiser, including advertisers negligence.

The advertiser is responsible for obtaining permission for the use of any brands, trademarks or endorsements. Advertisers must receive prior written permission to reference Just Company in any ad. Ads may not include content that infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party, including trademarks, copyrights, publicity, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.
